I’m a doula, facilitator, and mentor with 15 years of experience. I believe in your birth, your way. I’m a life long spirit seeker with deep Jewish roots and I also believe in science, enjoy a latte, and shop at target. I’m a real human for real people. I am married to my love of many moons and we have 3 incredible kids 9, 6 and 5. I live the parenting hustle everyday. I’ve birthed at home and in the hospital. I’ve body-fed and bottle-fed. I’m here to support you however you want that to look, I’ve seen it all.
My hope is to hold space for you and honor your transition into parenthood. we all need support, to be held, seen and comforted.
